Road Trip!

The VD road trip begins in less than 48 hours! This is the first "real" road trip either of us has ever taken, so it's sure to be an adventure (to say the least).

We'll be traveling just over 4,000 miles round trip, from our home in Ventura, CA, to Cedar Rapids, IA and back (you can see our route below - we're starting with the Southwest).

We'll be posting updates every evening right here with each day's events. No guarantees that it will always be exciting, but we hope you'll follow along! Oh - and please leave your comments and any suggestions for cool things to see or do along the way.

Our first post will be this Sunday night (the 6th), from Phoenix, AZ.
